A dubplate, or lathe-cut vinyl record, is made one at a time in real time. Each groove is physically cut into a durable PETG disc using a diamond stylus, with mono and stereo formats available.

How long does production and delivery take?

Standard production without printed artwork typically takes 3–14 business days after all required audio, artwork, order details and production materials have been received in a usable form. Single one-off records may ship sooner depending on production volume and project requirements. Printed center labels, custom jackets and finishing may add up to 1 additional week. Larger runs may need more time; larger runs with artwork may require 1–2 additional weeks. Holiday and high-volume periods may extend these estimates. Shipping transit starts after production is complete and USPS accepts the package.

This Shipping Policy applies to products sold by Lathe Cut Vinyl Records, operated by George W Paulin LLC, including custom lathe-cut records, record blanks, diamond cutting styli, stylus shanks, cutting supplies, anti-static products, cleaning and maintenance products, liquids, artwork, printed products, jackets, and other physical products.

Shipping methods, rates, packaging, handling requirements, carrier eligibility, and international availability vary by product.

Product-specific shipping terms displayed on the applicable product page, checkout, FAQ, custom invoice, or written agreement supplement this Shipping Policy.

This Shipping Policy should be read together with our Terms of Service and Returns & Refund Policy.

1. Production Time & Shipping Time

Production time and shipping time are separate.

Most custom record orders are produced within approximately 3–14 business days after the materials necessary for production have been received in a reasonably usable form.

Smaller, file-ready custom record orders often ship sooner. Production begins only after all required audio, artwork, order details, and other production materials have been received in a usable form.

Our standard preparation estimate for other physical products is also 3–14 business days before dispatch; smaller in-stock orders may ship sooner.

Allow approximately one additional week for standard U.S. shipping after dispatch. This is a carrier-transit estimate, separate from production or preparation time. Transit varies by destination, service, weather, and carrier conditions. Expedited services follow the carrier service selected; international and specialty shipping may take longer.

Printed artwork and jackets may add up to 1 additional week to standard record production. Larger runs with artwork may require 1–2 additional weeks, as described in our FAQ.

Large orders, multi-program projects, artwork, engraving, printing, specialty products, revisions, custom projects, incomplete production materials, and periods of high order volume may require additional production time.

Production times are estimates unless Lathe Cut Vinyl Records expressly agrees in writing to a guaranteed production deadline.

Selecting or arranging faster carrier transportation does not automatically shorten production time.

Rush production and expedited carrier transportation are separate functions unless a particular Rush product, custom invoice, or written agreement expressly combines them.

2. Custom Record Shipping — United States

Qualifying U.S. custom record orders are normally shipped using USPS Media Mail.

Our standard custom-record production, shipping, and handling structure is $10 for each applicable group of up to 10 identical records of the same Side A / Side B production program when ordered without jackets.

For jacketed custom records, the standard shipping and handling charge is $10 per group of up to 5 identical records of the same Side A / Side B production program. Standard packaging capacity is up to 5 jacketed records per mailer. Additional groups and applicable charges are required as quantity increases.

For example, where the standard structure applies to records without jackets:

1–10 identical records of the same A / B program: $10
11–20 identical records of the same A / B program: $20
21–30 identical records of the same A / B program: $30

For jacketed records, where the standard structure applies:

1–5 identical jacketed records of the same A / B program: $10
6–10 identical jacketed records of the same A / B program: $20
11–15 identical jacketed records of the same A / B program: $30
16–20 identical jacketed records of the same A / B program: $40

The same applicable structure continues according to quantity unless another rate or arrangement is stated on the applicable product page, checkout, FAQ, custom invoice, or written agreement.

The standard $10 charge is not solely USPS postage.

It is part of our production and fulfillment structure and contributes to applicable included Side Premastering, handling, packaging, order preparation, shipping preparation, fulfillment, and standard USPS Media Mail transportation when applicable.

Each unique Side A / Side B program is a separate production program.

For example, A / B, C / D, E / F, G / H, and additional unique side pairs are separate programs and require their own applicable checkout and charges unless Lathe Cut Vinyl Records expressly provides a custom invoice or another written arrangement.

Quantity and shipping calculations for one program do not automatically combine with another program merely because the programs are part of the same album, release, project, customer order, invoice, or eventual shipment.

Quantity discounts apply only to qualifying identical copies of the same production program and may not be calculated by combining different programs.

A custom invoice may combine multiple programs into one payment for administrative convenience, but this does not convert those programs into one production program or eliminate applicable program, production, handling, premastering, sequencing, mastering, packaging, or shipping charges.

Different products, quantities, packaging configurations, custom invoices, Rush services, bulk orders, or specially arranged shipments may use a different shipping structure where expressly stated.

Tracking information is provided when available after the completed order ships.

3. Record Packaging

Records are packaged using materials and methods Lathe Cut Vinyl Records determines are reasonably appropriate for the quantity, configuration, artwork, weight, shipping method, and protection requirements of the order.

For standard non-jacketed custom records, up to 10 identical records of the same applicable production program may be packaged in one standard record mailer.

For jacketed custom records, our standard packaging capacity is up to 5 jacketed records per mailer.

Large orders may use multiple internal record mailers, larger outer cartons, multiple parcels, or another appropriate packaging configuration.

Products containing jackets, artwork, engraving, specialty packaging, shaped records, or other add-ons may require different packaging from standard records.

Packaging methods, materials, box sizes, mailers, protective materials, and other fulfillment methods may change as reasonably necessary to safely and efficiently fulfill an order.

A previous order, photograph, website image, sample, or prior packaging method does not guarantee use of identical packaging materials on a future shipment.

4. Artwork, Jackets, Labels & Separate Components

Artwork, center labels, jackets, and other customization permanently applied to or assembled with a completed record generally ship as part of the applicable completed record order.

Our standard custom-record shipping charge covers fulfillment of the applicable completed record order and does not include later or separate shipment of an individual jacket, sleeve, center label, printed component, packaging component, or other portion of an order.

Lathe Cut Vinyl Records does not offer standalone component shipping through our standard Media Mail record-fulfillment service.

Where we agree to separately produce or ship a jacket or another component, the customer may be required to purchase an applicable Rush service or another shipping or fulfillment service expressly offered or approved by Lathe Cut Vinyl Records.

Payment of shipping charges on the original order does not prepay a later separate shipment, additional component, customer-requested replacement, reorder, or other additional fulfillment request.

Third-party printed or fulfilled products may ship separately, originate from another fulfillment location, have separate tracking, or arrive on a different date from the records.

Nothing in this section limits a remedy or obligation that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited in connection with a verified manufacturing defect for which Lathe Cut Vinyl Records is responsible.

5. Customer-Supplied Shipping Labels

Where approved by Lathe Cut Vinyl Records, customers may provide an eligible printable shipping label for USPS, UPS, FedEx, or another accepted carrier or service.

Providing a customer-supplied shipping label does not automatically remove applicable handling, packaging, preparation, production, fulfillment, or other charges included with the order.

This is particularly important for custom record orders because our standard charge is not solely a postage charge and forms part of our applicable production, handling, packaging, and checkout structure.

Customers providing their own shipping labels are responsible for selecting an eligible carrier and service, entering the correct delivery address, purchasing adequate postage, and selecting any desired insurance.

A customer-supplied label must also be legally and operationally appropriate for the contents of the package.

Lathe Cut Vinyl Records is not required to use a customer-supplied label that is incompatible with the product, package, weight, dimensions, contents, destination, carrier requirements, transportation regulations, or applicable law.

Package dimensions and weights provided before final packing are estimates unless expressly identified by Lathe Cut Vinyl Records as final packed dimensions and weight.

Customers purchasing their own shipping label should wait until we provide the final packed dimensions and weight.

Additional postage, carrier adjustments, rejected labels, replacement labels, or other costs resulting from an inaccurate or ineligible customer-supplied label are the customer's responsibility to the extent permitted by applicable law.

6. Rush Production & Expedited Shipping

Rush production prioritizes an applicable order within our production schedule according to the Rush service purchased. Our current standard Rush options for eligible U.S. custom-record orders are:

Basic Rush with USPS Media Mail is available for 1–100 records at $40 per started group of 10. Priority Mail ($60 per started group of 10) and Priority Mail Express ($120 per started group of 10) are available for 25–100 records. Round up: 25 records use 3 groups, so Rush costs $120 Media Mail, $180 Priority, or $360 Express. The selected USPS service is included; standard packing/handling still applies. Online orders are limited to 100 records. Production and delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees.

These prices and services apply only where offered on the applicable Rush product page, checkout, or invoice. Specialty, large, complex, or unusually urgent orders may require a separately quoted arrangement.

Rush production does not guarantee a particular production completion or delivery date. Carrier transit estimates are not guarantees by Lathe Cut Vinyl Records, and even expedited services may experience delays.

Customer delays, incomplete production materials, requested changes, missing PQ information, missing artwork, missing audio, or other customer-controlled circumstances may affect the production schedule even where Rush production has been purchased.

Customers with a required delivery deadline should contact us before ordering so available production and shipping arrangements can be determined.

Shipping upgrades purchased or arranged separately from Rush production do not automatically change production priority unless expressly agreed.

7. Diamond Cutting Styli, Shanks & Precision Cutting Supplies

Diamond cutting styli, stylus shanks, and related precision cutting supplies use their own shipping rates and methods rather than the standard custom-record shipping structure.

Domestic diamond stylus orders are generally shipped using USPS Priority Mail at the applicable rate shown on the product page, checkout, or invoice.

Our standard domestic diamond stylus shipping rate is currently $10 per applicable shipment unless otherwise stated.

Eligible international diamond stylus orders may be shipped using available USPS international services or another approved carrier service.

Our standard international diamond stylus shipping rate is currently $50 per applicable shipment unless another rate is stated on the applicable product page, checkout, custom invoice, or written agreement.

Shipping methods and rates may vary according to destination, quantity, packaging, carrier availability, and product.

Diamond styli and related precision components are fragile professional tools. Packaging is designed to provide reasonable protection during ordinary transportation, but customers should inspect packages and components promptly after delivery and report apparent shipping damage within the claim period described below.

Customers should preserve the original packaging and avoid installing or using a precision component where apparent shipping damage is being claimed, where reasonably possible.

8. Record Blanks, PETG Materials & Bulk Orders

Record blanks, PETG materials, and related supplies use shipping methods appropriate for their size, weight, quantity, packaging requirements, and destination.

Available shipping arrangements may include USPS, UPS, another parcel or ground service, customer-supplied shipping labels, multiple-box shipments, commercial freight, LTL freight, or another mutually approved method.

Large blank orders may be divided among multiple boxes, parcels, pallets, or tracking numbers.

Bulk and commercial orders may require a custom shipping arrangement.

Shipping estimates provided before final packing may change after actual package dimensions, weights, number of parcels, pallet requirements, and applicable carrier charges are known.

Unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing, final shipping charges for custom or bulk shipments may be based upon the actual packed shipment.

Customers should inspect blank shipments promptly after delivery. Where shipping damage is alleged, customers should preserve the packaging and the affected blanks in substantially the condition received until the claim can be reasonably evaluated.

9. Anti-Static, Cleaning, Maintenance & Liquid Products

Anti-static products, cleaning products, maintenance products, stylus-related liquids, and other liquid products, including products such as Anti Static Ooze, may be subject to shipping requirements different from those applicable to records, blanks, or other non-liquid products.

Shipping eligibility depends upon the product, formulation, quantity, packaging, destination, carrier, service level, and applicable transportation requirements.

A shipping service available for another product is not necessarily available for a liquid or maintenance product.

Where required by applicable law, postal requirements, carrier rules, or the characteristics of the product, Lathe Cut Vinyl Records may:

use ground transportation or another eligible service;
decline or restrict air transportation;
restrict or decline international transportation;
limit the quantity contained in a shipment;
use additional or specialized packaging;
ship the liquid separately from other products;
use a different eligible carrier or service; or
decline a requested shipping arrangement that is not eligible for the contents.

Lathe Cut Vinyl Records will not knowingly misdescribe or misdeclare package contents in order to obtain a transportation service for which the product is not eligible.

A customer's request or payment for Priority, Express, overnight, air, international, or another expedited service does not require Lathe Cut Vinyl Records to use that service where the contents are not eligible.

Where a selected shipping service cannot legally or reasonably be used for the product, we may use an appropriate eligible service where consistent with the order or contact the customer regarding an alternative arrangement.

Liquid Packaging

Liquid products are packaged using containers, closures, protective materials, and shipping methods we determine are reasonably appropriate for the applicable product and eligible transportation method.

Packaging may differ from photographs, previous orders, or packaging used for non-liquid products.

Liquid products may be placed in protective bags, secondary containment, absorbent materials, padding, or other packaging where reasonably appropriate.

Temperature & Transportation Conditions

Liquid products may be exposed during transportation to heat, cold, temperature changes, vibration, pressure changes, and other ordinary transportation conditions outside our direct control.

Such conditions may temporarily or permanently affect viscosity, appearance, separation, consistency, pressure, or other physical characteristics depending upon the product.

Customers should follow applicable product instructions regarding storage, mixing, shaking, temperature, settling, or use after delivery.

A change in appearance or viscosity caused by ordinary transportation conditions does not by itself establish a manufacturing defect where the product remains safe and suitable for its intended use.

Leakage & Container Damage

Customers should inspect liquid-product shipments promptly after delivery.

A materially leaking, broken, punctured, opened, or otherwise damaged container should be reported within 7 calendar days of delivery.

Customers should retain the product, bottle or container, closure, shipping box, shipping label, internal packaging, and any protective materials until the claim has been evaluated.

We may request photographs showing the package, container, closure, leakage, remaining contents, and other relevant conditions.

Minor residue around a closure, cap, bottle, or protective packaging that does not materially reduce the usable product or prevent its safe intended use does not necessarily establish a product or shipping defect.

Material leakage or container failure attributable to packaging, manufacturing, or transportation may be evaluated under our applicable Terms of Service, Returns & Refund Policy, this Shipping Policy, and any available carrier coverage.

10. Products Subject to Carrier or Transportation Restrictions

Certain products may be subject to special transportation, postal, carrier, regulatory, quantity, packaging, routing, documentation, ground-service, air-service, or geographic requirements.

These requirements may apply to certain liquids, cleaning products, maintenance products, chemicals, batteries, tools, supplies, or other products depending upon their actual characteristics and applicable rules.

The inclusion of a product in this section does not mean that the product is legally classified as hazardous material or dangerous goods. Classification depends upon the actual product and applicable transportation rules.

Where special transportation requirements apply, those requirements control over a customer's requested shipping method.

Lathe Cut Vinyl Records may refuse or modify a shipping arrangement that would require us to violate applicable law, carrier requirements, postal regulations, customs requirements, or transportation rules.

11. International Shipping

International shipping is not generally offered for standard custom-record orders unless Lathe Cut Vinyl Records expressly accepts a particular international shipment or custom arrangement.

International shipping may be available for certain other eligible products, including diamond cutting styli, cutting supplies, record blanks, commercial orders, or other products expressly identified as eligible.

Liquids, cleaning products, anti-static products, maintenance products, and other products subject to carrier or transportation restrictions may have additional international limitations or may not be eligible for international shipping.

International shipping availability, rates, carriers, and services vary by product and destination.

VAT, GST, Duties, Tariffs & Import Charges

Unless Lathe Cut Vinyl Records expressly states otherwise in writing, international customers are responsible for all destination-country import costs and requirements associated with their order.

These may include:

VAT;
GST;
customs duties;
tariffs;
import taxes;
customs-processing charges;
brokerage charges;
postal or carrier handling fees;
clearance charges;
storage charges resulting from customs or delivery delays;
government-imposed fees; and
other destination-country or carrier-imposed import costs.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, these charges are not included in the product price or shipping amount paid to Lathe Cut Vinyl Records.

The customer is responsible for determining the taxes, duties, tariffs, fees, permits, restrictions, and import requirements applicable in the destination country before ordering.

Lathe Cut Vinyl Records does not guarantee the amount that a foreign customs authority, postal service, carrier, broker, or government agency may assess.

A customer's disagreement with, inability to pay, or unexpected assessment of VAT, GST, duties, tariffs, taxes, brokerage, or other import charges does not by itself make the product defective or require Lathe Cut Vinyl Records to refund the order, subject to applicable law.

Customs Documentation

Lathe Cut Vinyl Records completes customs documentation using accurate product, quantity, value, and transaction information as reasonably required for the shipment.

We do not intentionally undervalue merchandise, falsify the contents of a shipment, or falsely declare commercial merchandise as a gift in order to avoid duties, VAT, GST, tariffs, taxes, customs restrictions, or other import requirements.

Customers are responsible for providing information or documentation reasonably required from the importer or recipient.

Import Eligibility

Customers are responsible for determining whether the products ordered may legally be imported, possessed, received, forwarded, or used in the destination country.

Our willingness or technical ability to ship a product does not constitute legal advice or a representation that the product may lawfully be imported into every jurisdiction.

International transit, customs clearance, inspection, and customs-processing times are outside our direct control.

12. Refused, Unclaimed, Customs-Held & Returned Shipments

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address and for reasonably cooperating with applicable delivery and customs requirements.

If a shipment is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, refused delivery, failure to claim the package, customer relocation, unpaid VAT, GST, duties, tariffs, taxes, brokerage or customs charges, missing customer-provided import information, customs issues attributable to the customer, or another customer-related delivery problem, the customer is responsible for applicable reshipping and additional fulfillment costs to the extent permitted by law.

Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable merely because a shipment is returned for a customer-related delivery or customs problem.

Additional packaging charges may apply where original shipping materials cannot reasonably or safely be reused.

International shipments that are refused, abandoned, destroyed, seized, confiscated, or otherwise not returned are subject to our applicable Terms of Service, Returns & Refund Policy, and applicable law.

Lathe Cut Vinyl Records is not responsible for customs delays, inspections, holds, assessments, or government actions outside our reasonable control.

13. Tracking & Carrier Responsibility

Tracking information is provided when available for the applicable shipping service.

Once a shipment has been accepted by USPS, UPS, FedEx, a freight carrier, freight forwarder, or another third-party carrier, transportation and delivery operations are controlled primarily by the applicable carrier.

Carrier acceptance, tracking, transit, estimated delivery, routing, customs movement, and delivery scans are generated or controlled by the applicable carrier or government authority.

Carrier delivery estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates from Lathe Cut Vinyl Records.

Carrier delays, loss, damage, and delivery disputes will be evaluated using available tracking information, carrier documentation, applicable shipping coverage, our policies, and applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for delays or delivery problems caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including weather, transportation disruptions, carrier network delays, customs processing, government action, labor disruptions, natural disasters, temperature exposure, or similar events.

14. Shipping Insurance & Declared-Value Coverage

Our standard USPS Media Mail production and fulfillment charge does not include separately purchased additional shipping insurance.

Some carrier services may include carrier-provided coverage. Any such coverage is provided by the carrier and remains subject to the carrier's current limits, eligibility requirements, exclusions, documentation requirements, and claims procedures.

Carrier services, rates, included coverage, insurance limits, and eligibility requirements may change.

Lathe Cut Vinyl Records does not guarantee that a particular shipping service includes a particular dollar amount of coverage unless expressly confirmed for the applicable shipment.

Additional Insurance

Customers requiring additional insurance or declared-value protection must contact Lathe Cut Vinyl Records before shipment.

Additional shipping insurance is not offered at a fixed rate and is not automatically included based upon the value or quantity of products purchased.

Availability and cost are determined for the particular shipment by the applicable carrier or coverage provider.

The customer must approve and pay the actual additional carrier or coverage-provider charges and any additional postage or carrier-service charges resulting from the selected arrangement before shipment.

Lathe Cut Vinyl Records is not required to obtain additional insurance unless the requested coverage has been expressly arranged, accepted, and paid before shipment.

Shipping insurance is separate from our manufacturing-defect, return, replacement, and refund policies.

Carrier insurance or declared-value coverage applies only to loss, physical shipping damage, missing contents, or other transportation events actually covered by the applicable carrier or coverage provider.

Shipping insurance does not insure customer satisfaction with a manufactured product and does not expand the definition of a manufacturing defect.

Lathe Cut Vinyl Records is not an insurance company and does not independently underwrite or guarantee shipping insurance.

Insurance & Carrier Claims

Insurance eligibility, covered events, exclusions, declared-value limitations, proof-of-value requirements, packaging requirements, filing deadlines, inspection requirements, claim approval, and claim payment are determined by the applicable carrier or coverage provider.

Purchase of additional coverage does not guarantee approval or payment of a claim.

Customers must reasonably cooperate with any carrier claim, including preserving the product and packaging and providing photographs, documentation, statements, or other information reasonably required by the carrier or coverage provider.

Lathe Cut Vinyl Records may reasonably assist with a carrier claim where the shipping service or insurance was purchased through us, but we do not control the carrier's investigation, determination, processing time, or payment.

15. Shipping Damage

If an order arrives visibly or materially damaged, customers should contact Lathe Cut Vinyl Records within 7 calendar days of delivery and retain the affected product and original packaging.

This requirement applies as appropriate to records, jackets, artwork, record blanks, diamond styli, cutting supplies, liquids, maintenance products, and other physical products.

We may request photographs or other reasonable documentation showing the shipping container, shipping label, internal packaging, protective materials, affected product, and visible package damage.

Customers should retain all packaging until the claim has been reviewed because it may be necessary to evaluate the damage or pursue an available carrier or insurance claim.

For diamond styli, precision components, liquids, or other products whose condition may be materially changed through installation, use, opening, modification, cutting, machining, mixing, consumption, or disposal, customers should preserve the product in substantially the condition received where reasonably possible while a shipping-damage claim is evaluated.

Minor cosmetic characteristics inherent to handmade, machined, fabricated, printed, or hand-applied products are not automatically shipping damage.

Shipping-damage claims remain subject to our Terms of Service, Returns & Refund Policy, applicable carrier requirements, and any applicable insurance coverage.

16. Freight Forwarders

Customers may choose to have eligible orders delivered to a freight-forwarding company.

The customer is responsible for selecting the freight forwarder and determining whether the forwarder accepts the particular products being ordered.

This is especially important for liquids, cleaning products, maintenance products, regulated products, oversized shipments, and other products that may be subject to forwarding restrictions.

The customer is responsible for complying with the freight forwarder's requirements, fees, customs procedures, prohibited-item rules, packaging rules, and international forwarding arrangements.

The customer is also responsible for determining whether the forwarded product may legally be transported and imported into the ultimate destination.

Once the domestic carrier confirms delivery to the freight forwarder's designated address, subsequent handling, repacking, consolidation, storage, forwarding, customs processing, international transportation, and delivery are outside our direct control.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lathe Cut Vinyl Records is not responsible for loss, damage, leakage, delay, repacking, temperature exposure, customs issues, prohibited-item determinations, or other events occurring after confirmed delivery to the freight forwarder where those events are outside our reasonable control.

17. Separate, Replacement & Subsequent Shipments

Payment of shipping and handling charges on an original order applies to the applicable original fulfillment arrangement.

It does not constitute unlimited prepaid shipping for future shipments, customer-requested replacements, additional components, reorders, corrected customer files, later artwork, additional records, or other subsequent fulfillment requests.

Products may also require separate shipments because of size, quantity, packaging, product eligibility, carrier restrictions, liquids, specialty materials, supplier fulfillment, or another operational requirement.

A customer's request for a replacement shipment, separate component, remake, reprint, or other additional shipment does not by itself establish that a manufacturing or shipping defect occurred or that Lathe Cut Vinyl Records is required to provide the requested remedy.

Where a verified manufacturing defect attributable to Lathe Cut Vinyl Records requires a remedy, the applicable remedy and shipping arrangement will be handled consistently with our Terms of Service, Returns & Refund Policy, and applicable law.

Nothing in this section requires a customer to pay additional charges where applicable law requires Lathe Cut Vinyl Records to provide a particular remedy at our expense.

Authorized Returns for Defect Inspection

Customers requesting inspection of an allegedly defective record must first contact us and obtain written return authorization. Contacting us does not itself authorize a return.

Customers initially pay the cost of shipping an authorized record return to us. We recommend USPS Media Mail for eligible record returns, subject to USPS content eligibility rules. Customers should retain tracking and proof of reasonable postage paid. We do not reimburse unapproved expedited return shipping unless required by law or agreed in writing.

If inspection confirms a qualifying manufacturing defect attributable to Lathe Cut Vinyl Records, we will reimburse reasonable authorized return postage or otherwise provide return shipping at our expense and cover the applicable shipping cost of a required replacement or other appropriate remedy, consistent with our Returns & Refund Policy and applicable law.

If inspection does not confirm a qualifying defect attributable to Lathe Cut Vinyl Records, the customer is responsible for the initial return postage and for the cost of shipping the inspected product back to the customer, to the extent permitted by law. We will contact the customer to arrange any required return-to-customer postage rather than automatically disposing of the inspected product.
