A dubplate, or lathe-cut vinyl record, is made one at a time in real time. Each groove is physically cut into a durable PETG disc using a diamond stylus, with mono and stereo formats available.

How long does production and delivery take?

Standard production without printed artwork typically takes 3–14 business days after all required audio, artwork, order details and production materials have been received in a usable form. Single one-off records may ship sooner depending on production volume and project requirements. Printed center labels, custom jackets and finishing may add up to 1 additional week. Larger runs may need more time; larger runs with artwork may require 1–2 additional weeks. Holiday and high-volume periods may extend these estimates. Shipping transit starts after production is complete and USPS accepts the package.

Shipping and handling

Standard U.S. record shipping and handling is $10 per group of up to 10 identical records without jackets, or $10 per group of up to 5 with jackets. Each Side A / Side B program is calculated separately. The applicable charge is calculated at checkout.

Production normally takes 3–14 business days after all required materials are usable. Artwork, jackets, larger runs and complex finishing may take longer. Allow approximately one additional week for standard U.S. carrier transit after dispatch. These are estimates, not a guaranteed delivery date.

Custom orders and verified defects

Custom orders are final sale. If we verify a manufacturing defect or error attributable to us, our first remedy is replacement, correction, repair or re-performance of the affected item or service. A monetary refund is offered only if we elect to provide one or applicable law requires it.

Contact us before sending anything back. Original packaging is required for any authorized return, except where applicable law requires otherwise. We may also require the complete affected project, including all records, sleeves, jackets, labels and supplied components, for inspection and comparison. Our written return authorization will specify what must be returned. A return authorization or inspection does not itself approve a refund.

Customers initially pay authorized return postage unless otherwise agreed or required by law. If our inspection confirms our manufacturing defect or shipping error, we reimburse reasonable authorized return-shipping costs or provide another remedy required by law. The full return policy applies.

Heavily limited / clipped

Dynamic, unclipped audio is a better starting point for vinyl cutting. Avoid excessively limited streaming masters whenever possible. Vinyl pre-mastering is included.

Prepare Side A + Side B

Arrange all songs in the correct order and export one continuous WAV audio file for Side A and one for Side B. WAV files use the .wav extension, for example: SideA.wav and SideB.wav.

Leave approximately 2 seconds of complete silence between songs wherever you want visible track bands. Maximum 5 tracks / 4 gaps per side. For seamless playback, do not insert gaps.

One Side A + Side B program = one checkout. Quantity means identical copies. Different songs or different programs require separate orders.
