10″ Custom Vinyl Record — Lathe Cut

A professional 10″ custom lathe-cut vinyl record designed for EPs, extended singles, and short-run vinyl releases. Each disc is cut individually in real time for warm, detailed analog sound and a strong physical presence.

Audio & Runtime

  • 45 RPM: up to 6 minutes per side
  • 33⅓ RPM: up to 10 minutes per side

  • WAV files recommended

Longer runtime than 7″ while maintaining strong playback quality. Each record is cut individually and inspected before shipment.

Order Terms

  • One checkout = one program (Side A + Side B)
  • Quantity sets the number of copies
  • Upload files labeled “Side A” / “Side B”
  • Cut is mono or stereo based on your audio

Audio Delivery

How To Prepare Side A + Side B

Export two continuous WAV files — one per side — and upload them at checkout.
Step 1
Arrange Songs
Place your tracks in order and build two continuous sides. Keep each side under the runtime limit for your format.
Important: Add at least 2 seconds of silence between songs. If you do not include spacing, the side will play continuously.
Step 2
Export as WAV
Export Side A.wav and Side B.wav as WAV (PCM). Leave a clean fade-out at the end of each side.
Do not upload individual songs. Each side must be one continuous WAV file.
Step 3
Upload Both Files
Upload both WAV files at checkout. Name them clearly: Artist_SideA.wav and Artist_SideB.wav.

Full-color center labels printed in-house on an Epson ET-8550 and precision cut on a Cricut system, then applied directly to your records. Available in matte or gloss.

In-House Production
Printed on Epson ET-8550 and cut for accurate center alignment before being applied to each record.
