Why Anti-Static Matters When Cutting Records
Record cutting creates extremely light plastic swarf. Static charge can pull that swarf right back
toward the disc, stylus, or cutting area. Anti Static Ooze helps control that surface charge so the
swarf is easier to manage throughout the cut.
How To Use
Apply a light, even coating to the record blank before cutting. Allow the surface to dry fully before
beginning the cut. A small fan can be used to speed up drying.
A little goes a long way. Always test the product with your own material, equipment, and workflow
before full production use.
