This UV single-sided 12-inch picture disk is produced as a true one-off vinyl record. Your audio is cut on the A-side, and the B-side displays a full-color UV-printed image. The artwork is mirrored during printing so it appears correct when viewed through the clear A-side grooves. This creates the visual depth and clarity associated with traditional picture disks while maintaining modern durability and accuracy.

UV printing is permanent. The image is cured directly into the PETG surface using layered CMYK color, a solid white base, and a final gloss clear coat. The result is a finish that is waterproof, scratch-resistant, fade-proof, and capable of lasting for decades. UV printing is significantly stronger and more stable than sticker-based picture disks, laminated inserts, or older picture disk methods used in mass production.

Each record is made individually, cut in real time, inspected by hand, and shipped in an ultra-clear outer display sleeve.

Production Details

• UV printing is bonded permanently to the PETG surface

Artwork Requirements

• Eleven point seventy-five inch circular artwork
• Full bleed artwork strongly recommended
• Three hundred DPI minimum resolution
• Accepted formats include PNG, JPG, and PDF

• A white ink base layer is included for correct opacity and color strength
